Although an avid Florida enthusiast, Ryan Hansen has been managing projects throughout the Southeast since 2007. Residential & commercial experience of projects reaching values of $10,000,000 each allowed Ryan to gain a wealth of knowledge before opening R.K. Hansen Construction in 2019. Since opening their doors Ryan has lead his team on multiple renovations, new construction builds, and continued commercial construction. A licensed general contractor in the state of Florida, he has continued to expand his project reach throughout the Treasure Coast & has partnered with his wife to create a dynamic duo to work with for any project.

KRISTY HANSEN
A native of Southern Florida, Kristy Hansen has had a passion for land development since she was a young child. The owner of R.K. Hansen Construction in Martin County, Kristy offers a unique perspective for those who are purchasing a home. Known for her honesty, loyalty and caring personality, Kristy is a strong and kind Realtor as well, with a determined personality. During her free time, Kristy enjoys fishing and spending time at the beach. She is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Stuart as well as the Treasure Coast Builders and Florida Home Builders organizations.
